Hailie’s Bio
Limited Licensed Professional Counselor / Art Therapist
With a passion for community service cultivated through my high school
years as a student council member, I have always been driven to give
back and make a meaningful impact. I volunteered at soup kitchens,
nursing homes, and animal shelters, which ignited my interest in
understanding individuals on a deeper level. This led me to pursue a
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Applied Arts,
followed by a Master’s degree specializing in Clinical Mental Health
and Art Therapy.
With 8 years of experience in the mental health field, I began my
career working with children and adolescents facing emotional
impairments, cognitive and developmental delays, and behavioral
challenges. Over time, my approach to therapy has evolved into a
dynamic, eclectic practice, integrating a variety of techniques and
strategies tailored to each individual. I prioritize a client-centered
approach, allowing clients to guide the therapeutic process in ways
that honor their unique backgrounds, personalities, and environments.
My focus is on helping clients identify and restructure negative
thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to cultivate a healthier, more
positive mindset. I incorporate mindfulness practices, art therapy,
deep breathing exercises, and therapeutic worksheets to bring
awareness to the present moment and encourage meaningful change. I am
deeply committed to helping individuals navigate their journeys
towards mental well-being and personal growth.
